My expectations regarding the coaching process were by far over-met. My main goal was the discovery of myself, of my internal mechanisms created along time, which blocked my advancement, my personal development and to manifest myself in the correct direction, in harmony with my own personality and with the sorrounding environment.
Great progress was made towards reaching the main goal: the self discovery . I consider it a long term process, because one value atracts another.
I may say that the initial goal was enriched and ecompassed in a larger context, which begins to be filled in with content, like a puzzle.

The identification of my own values, of my own power, of my own mechanisms, but also the manifestation or the non-manifestation of them outside me, through the perspective of my interraction with the sorrounding environment ( individuals, society, structures ).
Costel does this job with passion, this can be felt and strenghtened my trust in him. He is involved with all his attention in every moment of our conversation. He is very present to details, to possible meanings, he is a very good listener, but in the same time leads the conversations to a coherent path. He has the great talent to initiate an open communication. He challenges me to be myself, to charge myself with energy and to leave strenghtened for coping with day to day challenges.
And what I consider very important, he delivers structured and complete feedback for each of our meetings.
